Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the entire first-floor unit, including the backyard space. Smart lock entry allows for seamless arrival and departure. Free parking is available on site.

Traveling with a larger group? The upstairs unit may be available to rent separately, offering additional flexibility while maintaining privacy.

Additional Information

As this is the lower level of a duplex, you may occasionally hear light movement from the upstairs unit.

Exterior security cameras are installed at entry points for added safety.
